The SnG, Deployed
Lock Side & Clip
The Pro-Tech build of Mick Strider’s SnG — the made-in-California automatic of one of the most copied tactical folders ever drawn. A push of the button throws the DLC-black drop-point blade hard into lockup; the chassis is 6061-T6 aluminum carrying a slab of translucent jade G-10 that glows against the black hardware.
Strider’s signature notched thumb ramp, the drilled standoffs, and the deep-carry stance are all here, rendered to Pro-Tech’s exacting auto tolerances.

Pro-Tech Knives has built its name on premium, made-in-California automatic knives — tight tolerances, hard lockup, and a fit-and-finish that turned the humble auto into a collector’s object.
Under license, Pro-Tech produces the automatic versions of Mick Strider’s celebrated designs. The SnG — Strider’s mid-size workhorse folder — is among the most enduring, and in jade G-10 it is one of the most sought.
