Eric Ochs grew up in the Pacific Northwest with a knife in his pocket from the age of six. By the time he was making his own, he had an eye for handle geometry that is rarer than it sounds — the kind of thing you feel before you see it. Every Ochs is built around the hand, not around a blueprint.

The Delineation went on to become a CRKT production collaboration — 8Cr13MoV steel, assisted opening, stainless handle, forty-some dollars. This is the one that came first. Stonewashed titanium frame, bearing pivot, Timascus collar and clip. The shapes are the same. Everything else is a different conversation.
